Explore. Reset. Retreat.
October 22-26 | Stockholm, SwedenWhat to Expect
A deep journey inward with a like-minded community, ceremony, and integration.
You are warmly invited to explore your inner landscape, guided by nature's gifts, and experienced facilitators. With deep knowledge of energy and science, and grounded on rich life experience, we offer a safe space for rest, discovery and connection where you can release the demands of everyday life, replenish your energy and gain insights that stay with you long after the weekend.
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Intentional Structure❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ Expert Facilitation❋ A Supportive SpaceOur events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
Preparation
We place great value on the group's composition and your individual needs. Safety and security go hand in hand as we invite you to this gathering.
Screening & health document - A detailed health review with Carlos to ensure you receive a safe and tailored experience.
Intention conversation - A personal conversation where you can articulate your intention and share your journey with facilitators. The shaping of intention is shown in many traditions and in research to be one of the most important conditions for a meaningful journey.
Shared Zoom preparation meeting - A gentle introduction where participants meet, share their intentions and begin building trust before the retreat. Here the best advice for preparing both body and mind is shared.
Who We Are
-
We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every retreat is held to a high standard informed by research, inspired by traditional knowledge, and practiced with integrity and trust. We also believe that play and enjoyment are central to personal development, and even when working with deep and meaningful topics we can make it fun and engaging.
-
Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words, they’re the foundation of everything we build. We have our roots in science, and remain committed to building strong relationships through trust and clarity.
-
Carlos brings something rare to his role as facilitator: three decades as a medical doctor and humanitarian public health expert, leading crisis response in some of the most demanding circumstances imaginable. That grounding in real human suffering and resilience shapes the way he now holds space for people at intense turning points in their lives.
His facilitation draws on Zen philosophy, Holotropic Breathwork, and Aletheia self-developmental coaching, and moves fluidly between guided meditation, voice activation, and music. Throughout the retreat, Carlos will offer individual support rooted in trust, warmth, and safety, creating a container through simple presence and compassion.
At the heart of his work is a firm belief: everybody is already whole. We are all simply on the path of finding our way back to that wholeness. This retreat is an invitation to walk part of that path together with him.
-
Diana brings a rare weave to the facilitator role: coaching psychology, history, Kundalini Yoga, and psychedelic facilitation, brought together into a whole that moves both heart and intellect. For over a decade, she has guided leaders and groups through their inner development and human growth.
Her facilitation carries the experience of entheogenic plant medicines and retreat formats drawn from many traditions, and she brings all of it into service of one thing: creating safe, warm spaces where trust, community, and integration can flourish, not just during the retreat, but in everyday life afterward.
Diana is also an artistic soul, drawn to stories and to the inner landscape of human beings. That curiosity runs through everything she facilitates, inviting people to look closer at their own experience with both rigor and wonder.
-
Diana and Caros met in a facilitator training and have since been exploring how to bring these experiences to groups in the safest and most earnest way possible. They have both been on long journeys to integrate their professional and personal values to working with with others who are equally committed to deep personal transformation and growth.
