As a trained business psychologist and certified assessor with over a decade of experience in executive development and organizational transformation. She has conducted in-depth leadership assessments for more than 300 C-suite leaders, combining evidence-based methods with strategic insight to reveal blind spots, surface hidden strengths, and guide critical decision-making.
With a foundation in organizational psychology and systems thinking, Diana supports leaders navigating complexity, transition, and cultural change. Her work spans private equity, Fortune 500 companies, and purpose-driven ventures – where she advises on leadership strategy, succession, and trust-building at scale.
Beyond 1:1 coaching, Diana designs and facilitates leadership journeys, strategic offsites, and executive onboarding programs that integrate deep reflection with measurable business outcomes. Native in Swedish and English, she draws on global experience across sectors. Batsheva partners with individuals, families, and organizations to craft narratives that resonate – unearthing authentic voice, aligning story with strategy, and laying the groundwork for powerful communication cultures. Her approach integrates ethnographic research, media expertise, and coaching techniques to support transformational change from the inside out.
Beyond 1:1 advisory, Batsheva designs bespoke communications programs, facilitates voice and visibility workshops, and advises boards, family offices, and impact-driven ventures. A former Skoll Centre Storytelling Fellow at Oxford, she also draws from a decade in news and film, with credits on BAFTA- and RTS-winning productions. Born in Venezuela and based in Stockholm, she brings a multicultural lens to her work. Before coaching, Rosario had a successful 15-year career as a professional dancer – an experience that continues to inform her deep, embodied approach to leadership and learning.
